ACCEPTING PROPOSALS
The City of Grayson, Kentucky will be accepting proposals for a city-wide Broadband Feasibility Study, until 1:59 PM on 09/30/2021. Applications and further information regarding proposals may be picked up at the Grayson City Hall. Proposals must be submitted in sealed envelopes with the words “2021 City of Grayson Broadband Feasibility Study” on the outside and delivered via mail or in person to the Grayson City Hall. Mailing and Physical address: 302 East Main Street, Grayson, KY 41143. Submissions must include names of organizations, address, name, and addresses of project team, contact person(s), telephone, fax, email, Statement of Interest, project approach, project team listing, references, and cost proposal. Questions regarding this RFP may be submitted to Mayor, George Stelle at (606) 474-6651 or by fax (606) 474-6653 by 12:00 PM on 09/29/2021 with all questions guaranteed to be answered by 5:00 PM on 09/29/2021. Proposals will be opened at 2:00 PM on 09/30/2021 in the City of Grayson, Kentucky City Hall located in the City Hall Building at 302 East Main Street, Grayson, KY 41143. All RFPs must be received, and time and date recorded by an authorized City of Grayson, Kentucky employee by the above due date and time. Sole responsibility rests with the Respondents to see that their RFP response is received on time at the stated location. Any responses received after due date and time will be returned to the Respondents. The City of Grayson reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
